AS ASSISTANT COACH
As an assistant coach, I strive to connect all areas of the game. Although my current role focuses on tactical responsibilities, I remain grounded in my background in individual player development. For this reason, my work is always built upon three core pillars.
TACTICAL
This tactical area focuses on designing and structuring game plans tailored to each opponent, which I present to the head coach.
One of my key responsibilities is acting as the link between analysts and coaching staff, working closely with each department to ensure alignment. Within this role, I specialize in opponent analysis and the design of both tactical and individual on-field training tasks.
TECHNICAL
This is a core principle I always return to: combining individual tactical analysis and personalized video feedback to better connect with players. I complement this with data-driven, on-field individual tasks to support targeted development.
ON PITCH
The day-to-day process reflects the game model. Therefore, aligned with the Head Coach’s philosophy, I design, deliver, and provide statistical feedback across various training contexts: individual, specific line behaviors and team structure.
