My journey in coaching has developed progressively from academy football to the professional game, allowing me to build a deep and adaptable understanding of player development and team dynamics. Experiencing these different environments has shaped my ability to connect long-term development with the immediate demands of high-performance football.

With a background in Sports Science, I approach the game through an interdisciplinary lens. I integrate physical preparation with technical, tactical, and emotional components, understanding that performance emerges from the interaction of all these elements. This holistic vision guides my daily work on the pitch, ensuring that every task has purpose, coherence, and impact.
